Come along to our very special footwork bootcamp by our All Stars & England Skaters Fay Roberts, Ruthless Philly & Fisher and get your feet ready for an amazing year of roller derby action!

This 4 hour bootcamp will be split into two halves:

First up- No toe stops, no problem! We’ll go through the basics (and not so basics!) of dead wheel control, breaking down weight distribution and body positioning in every direction to give you the edge 😉 on track. Take them off if you’re feeling brave enough!

Secondly we’ll look at some snazzy skills to keep you entertained during the end of your off season. Spin moves, fancy line work, one-footed transitions and apex jump variations are a few things to expect.

Hosted by three Rainy City All Stars and England skaters, give your feet the attention they deserve with some international standard footwork coaching.

This bootcamp is for all post mins skaters and perfect to get you back into the pre-season groove.
