Learn how to play roller derby with trained and qualified skate coaches. At the end of the programme you’ll have the option to join Rainy City as a player, official or volunteer.

💳  £45 for the 6-week program*

Kit is available to hire for an additional £5 (this one-off payment covers all six weeks). If you require kit, you absolutely must be able to attend the first session on 14th May, which is when we’ll do kit allocation.

Due to other events, we have a small break in our sessions, please see dates below.

Skating session dates: May 14th, May 28th, June 4th, June 11th, June 18th, July 2nd

Your programme fee also includes entry to our game on May 21st where we’ll host a special Recruits seating area with coaches on hand to talk you through the gameplay (George Carnall, Urmston)

Rainy Recruits is open to all skater experience levels, from never-before skated to intermediate. We’ll focus on developing your skating skills for roller derby. This program is open to women and non-binary folk over 18 years of age.
