Our on-skates sessions will cover defense, offence from the start and using a defensive formation to carry out offence mid jam. We’ll also spend time looking at how to neutralise the threat of power jams in our PJ Kills session.

We also have three in depth off skates sessions:

“Eat, sleep, skate, repeat”- Lily Gaskell will reveal her top tips on nutrition, off skates training and recovery.

Mental Toughness & PMA- Agent Dana Scurry and Fairy Quake talk about goal setting, game day rituals and maintaining a positive mental attitude to get the very best out of yourself.

Elite Footage viewing – Liz Yeatman explains how to delve into the chaos of game footage and how to understand a teams performance in a productive way. How to reflect on successes and how to drill down on weaknesses in order to come out with real, achievable methods for improvement.

This bootcamp is aimed at all confident post-mins skaters who are eager to take their skills to the next level on and off-skates.
