“Uh, the Tender Hooligans are really good.” The Apex
Watch all the action live as Rainy City’s mighty B team the Tender Hooligans face Nottingham’s Hellfire Harlots at the Thunderdome. Both teams have excelled this year, consistently rising in the rankings, and they’re now 11th and 13th in Europe. It’s going to be a great game.
Coached Skater Debut
We’re also inviting new skaters to take part in our Cats vs Dogs themed coached Skater Debut that will run before the main Hoolies game. If you’ve recently passed your WFTDA Minimum Skills Test and would like to test your skills in a fully officiated game, this one’s for you. At our last Debut, Rookie skaters were coached by experienced Rainy skaters on track. New skaters found the extra support and feedback super useful, so we’re doing it again. You’ll be part of a team with a dedicated bench crew. Your on track coaches are All Stars Lauren Swaffield, Avron, Penny Block and Fairy Quake.
Join us for an afternoon of some thrilling roller derby and the freshest roller derby talent! The cafe and bar will be open all day selling hot and cold drinks and delicious snacks.
